(This is something I worked on for the heroes game I have grown interested in, still a work in progress, but helps define the fantasy game's romantic side. I tried to create a female Braveheart, either way I had fun doing it, and will try to post her picture in my profile) Lori

~Gloryhawke~

Bravery was rare,
in the legends of old,
Its reward was honor,
more precious than gold.

There was one, deemed
Gloryhawke by her men;
For she crusaded for justice,
battling freedom till the end.

She was a medieval paladin,
a courageous leader by name,
Who fought for God's honor,
Destroying all who were to blame.

While awaiting her knight, she chose no king,
The sword of freedom, her hero would bring.
This warrior of valor would lay enemies low,
He protected his men, but the blood did flow.

Gloryhawke finally gave all of herself to him,
He earned her heart, together they would win.
They built a castle the enemy couldn't breach
Her hero made knights, of the men he would teach.

The hero learned love and wisdom from Gloryhawke,
He became her champion, and her strength his rock.
Their love only deepened, filled with much laughter,
Fighting together for freedom, happily ever after...

I am sorry about that little nit- I realize fighting freedom means the same as fighting for freedom!~LOVE Brad

Steve, Thanks for reading, I wil have to spring something saucy on you soon, I have a work in progress that you might consider at least adult rated! (LOL) Evie is well, she is playing World of Warcraft, (I am still occasionally playing Heroes) and has left the Heroes game for greener pastures, she loves playing that game, it was she who got me started! (like daughter, like mom?) Lori

Amazing work mom. But I always think that from your work. You've been a skilled writer for a long time, not that you don't make grammar or punctuation mistakes but as far as plot and theme and details go, your on the money usually mom. Great work. I'm glad i have your Glory as a ally. lol.
